Change Management/Billing (m/f/d) for the Earthworks and Pipeline Construction Trade

Project overview

For an ongoing customer project, we are looking for freelance support in the area of billing/change management for the earthworks and pipeline construction trade, starting immediately.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Summer 2027
• Utilization: Full-time
• Location: Emden (home office possible)
• Experience in billing (subcontractors/consortium – consortium/client)
• Knowledge in change management (subcontractors/consortium – consortium/client)
• Ability to create delay/objection notices (subcontractors/consortium – consortium/client)
• Knowledge of iTWO is required
• On-site supervision of subcontractor performance is not strictly necessary

Responsibilities

• Billing of services between subcontractors and the consortium as well as the client
• Management of change orders and communication with all parties involved
• Creation and submission of delay and objection notices
• Support of the team in coordinating subcontractor services
