Project overview

Context

Our client, a major international insurance group, is undertaking a group-wide data transformation program: data governance, harmonization of practices between regions, modernization of platforms, and decommissioning of legacy tools. Generative AI is an integral part of the approach, even within the development tools used by the teams.

Reporting to the group's data management, the consultant will lead change management for several projects in parallel, with varying impacts: from about fifty users for an application decommissioning to over 200 employees for larger deployments. They will design the change strategy for each project and implement it themselves, working closely with business teams. They will operate in an international environment where English is used daily.

Working Conditions

• Develop a change management strategy per project, proportionate to the number of users impacted
• Conduct impact analysis and map stakeholders and affected populations
• Design communication plans and materials adapted to each population, in French and English
• Lead a network of super-users and business relays
• Organize events, workshops, and awareness sessions
• Support users during deployments and decommissioning
• Produce training materials, user guides, and FAQs
• Monitor adoption and appropriation indicators, implementing corrective action plans
• Change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent)
• Agile project environment
• Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Generative AI tools (experience with Claude is a plus)
• Survey and adoption measurement tools
• International, multi-country group environment
• Impeccable English, both written and spoken
• Fluent French
