Job description

Seeking a Change Manager to support users during the deployment of 15,000 new workstations, focusing on user adoption and feedback collection. This role requires on-site presence across three locations and involves direct user interaction and technical support.

Project overview

Launched on April 1, 2025, the project aims to replace 15,000 workstations to enable users to operate in sensitive environments, in compliance with ANSSI security requirements.

Some workstations have already been replaced. However, adoption of this new work environment remains limited, mainly due to the changes in habits it implies for users.

Despite the provision of numerous communication and support materials (newsletters, Wiki, "Help and Support" application, community, and webinars led by the entities), difficulties persist in organizing workstation delivery and fostering user appropriation.

Regulatory constraints and deadlines for achieving program objectives therefore necessitate strengthening change support.

In this context, a pilot phase is being implemented within one entity, across three sites: two in Ile de France and one in the provinces. The objective is to facilitate workstation delivery and accelerate adoption through proximity, personalized, and educational support.

Support users during the delivery of their new workstation by providing first-level support to facilitate the adoption of their environment.

The mission also involves collecting feedback from the field, identifying difficulties encountered, and transmitting them to the program team to improve documentation, support materials, and user communication.
