Job description
Seeking a Change Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to support an ERP implementation project. The role involves developing and executing change management strategies, communication plans, and training concepts.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for a Change Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Responsibilities
- Support the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance from a change management perspective
- Development and implementation of a change and communication concept
- Support of organizational and process changes in the course of the ERP introduction
- Interface function between business departments, key users, and project team
- Analysis of existing processes and support in their optimization
- Planning and moderation of workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Development of suitable training and enablement concepts
- Execution or coordination of training for key users and end-users
- Promotion and assurance of user acceptance
- Support of the rollout as well as support during Go-Live and Hypercare

- Sound experience in change management within ERP introduction or transformation projects
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Experience in rollout, introduction, or migration projects in the D365 environment
- Very good stakeholder management and strong communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing communication and training concepts
- Knowledge of process analysis and process optimization
- Experience in dealing with resistance and organizational change processes
- Experience in workshop moderation as well as training key users and end-users
- Experience in the construction or project industry is an advantage
