Change Manager with Experience in the Public Sector

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for a Change Manager with experience in the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

Knowledge:

• Development of stakeholder, communication, and change planning
• Preparation of technical and organizational content tailored to target groups
• Design and implementation of change communication and participation formats
• Conception and responsibility for technical writing and documentation
• Support of introduction, adoption, and user enablement
• Conception and support of workshops, information formats, and communities
• Support of knowledge transfer and role handovers
• Promotion of sustainable anchoring of new standards and working methods
• Experience in Organizational Change Management
• Knowledge in strategic and operational communication
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Competence in workshop conception and moderation
• Experience in technical writing as well as documentation and knowledge management
• Experience with change in scaled agile environments
• Understanding of technical platform and software projects
• Experience with adoption, community building, and multiplier concepts
• Knowledge in training and enablement concepts
• Experience in the public administration environment is an advantage
• Confident understanding of complex technical content and its target-group-oriented communication
