Project overview
For our client, we are looking for a Change Order Manager Railway/Track Construction (m/f/d) | Project No. 5247 as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluation of changes in scope during the planning phase
- Creation, review, and negotiation of change orders
- Commercial evaluation of costs, prices, and contribution margins
- Contract and interface management with clients and subcontractors
- Documentation and tracking of changes and claims
