Job description
Plan and manage construction projects, including renovations and transformations, acting as the primary contact for clients on-site and overseeing execution.
Project overview
Planning and project support for construction projects, renovations within the plant, and transformations.
First point of contact for the client on-site, accompanying and supporting the execution.
Site inspections, construction supervision, documentation.
Selection, commissioning, and supervision of suitable subcontractors.
Obtaining and preparing quotations.
Communication between Leadec, the client, and subcontractors.
Quality control on the construction site and reporting to the client.
Billing of services and preparation of interim and final invoices.
Projects range from €5,000 – €50,000.
Requirements
Education: Completed degree (Civil Engineering); State-certified Technician in Construction Technology or Building Services Engineering.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in supporting construction projects, ideally in a similar position, is an advantage.
Knowledge: Know-how in legal aspects of the construction industry; confident knowledge of MS Office; very good numerical understanding is an advantage.
Language: Fluent German in spoken and written word.
Additional Qualification: Driving license class B absolutely required.
Work Style: High level of initiative, customer orientation, organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
