Civil Engineer (m/f/d) Object Planning for Wastewater Treatment Plants

For our client in the construction sector, we are filling the following position on a freelance basis:

Job Description:

• Start: 12/2026 or 01/2027
• Duration: 12 months + extension option
• Location: Greater Mannheim area and remote (approx. 80%)
• Utilization: 80-100%
• Independent planning and processing of wastewater treatment plants and wastewater engineering structures across various service phases of HOAI
• Creation, processing, and further development of planning and execution documents
• Development and detailing of structural solutions for wastewater treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and associated structures
• Creation and processing of floor plans, sections, elevations, detail drawings, and other technical planning documents
• Execution or support in quantity surveying, volume determination, and cost calculations, as well as preparation and processing of specifications

• Successfully completed studies in Civil Engineering or a comparable field
• Alternatively, completed training as a construction technician or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of practical professional experience in the object planning of wastewater treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, or comparable engineering structures
• Good knowledge of planning processes and service phases according to HOAI, as well as an understanding of the processes involved in planning and implementing construction projects
• Confident use of an AVA/Tendering, Award, and Billing software (AVA), ideally RIB iTWO or comparable software
