Job description
Seeking a Civil Engineer with project management experience in existing building renovations and new builds to oversee two projects, including planning, tendering, site management, and stakeholder coordination.
Project overview
+ Planning activities (although planning is largely complete, circumstances can always arise during renovations that require replanning)
+ Tendering, awarding, and controlling construction services
+ Site management and coordination of trades on-site
+ Coordination with stakeholders
+ Independent work
+ Fluent German
Requirements
+ Civil engineer as project manager with experience in construction in existing buildings
+ Knowledge of building pollutants (asbestos, PCB, KMF, mineral wool is likely in the building) and AwSV+WHG
+ Experience in construction site safety
+ English
