• Processing of dunning procedures, including installment agreements, deferrals, and their follow-up
• Active telephone communication with customers to clarify outstanding claims and agree on suitable solutions
• Phone calls are part of your daily work. You remain professional, calm, and solution-oriented even in challenging conversations
• Independent processing of blocking procedures from order creation through control to further measures
• Consistent follow-up of outstanding claims, research of missing information, and preparation of cases for further processing
• Handling of insolvency cases until handover to the responsible specialist departments
• Execution of payment and account clarifications, for example, for transfers, credits, or manual bookings
• Monitoring of relevant processes and early detection of anomalies
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Enjoy working with numbers and have an interest in digital processes and systems
• Structured and meticulous way of working, even in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor in customer contact
• Assertiveness combined with tact in dealing with customers
• Confident use of digital applications and data, as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
