Claims Operations Analyst | Insurance | Contract

£340 per day | Inside IR35 | 6 Month Contract

We are working with an established insurance business looking for a Claims Operations Analyst to support its claims function.

This is a hands on operational role focused on maintaining accurate claims information, supporting administrative processes and producing reporting for internal stakeholders.

The position would suit someone with experience in claims administration, insurance operations or a similar data focused administrative environment.

Contract Details

• Maintain and update claims records across internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of claims applications and processes.
• Produce claims reports and operational information for internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with external service providers and internal teams.
• Review and organise claims data, identifying errors and inconsistencies.
• Assist with wider administrative activities across the claims function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to organise information, maintain records and manage administrative tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and insurance specific processes.
• Previous experience in claims administration or insurance operations would be beneficial, although not essential.
