Clerk for Clarification Cases, Device Exchange & Master Data Management (Network/Sales)

Project overview

Support is sought for an energy provider in the areas of clarification case management, device exchange processes, and master data quality.

The goal of the assignment is to process and clean up a high number of open clarification cases and to ensure consistent and regulatorily correct master data between the grid operator, suppliers, and other market partners.

The focus is on analyzing incorrect master data and device processes, particularly in connection with market communication, balancing relevance, and intelligent metering systems. Furthermore, the consultant should independently take up, analyze, and finally process open clarification cases.

Responsibilities

• Processing and cleaning up open clarification cases in the network and sales environment
• Analysis and correction of incorrect master data records
• Support with device exchange processes and their technical clarification
• Checking and tracking master data changes with grid operators and market partners
• Identification of process errors and ensuring the correct transfer of relevant market information

Requirements

• Experience as a clerk in the energy industry environment
• Knowledge in master data management and clarification case processing
• Experience in device management or device exchange processes
• Understanding of energy industry processes between grid operators and suppliers
• SAP IS-U knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of intelligent metering systems (iMSys) is desirable
• Basic understanding of market communication is an advantage
