- Provide frontline technical support, resolving incidents and service requests through approved ITSM tools.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Support iOS and Android devices, Microsoft Office applications, and remote users.
- Assist with employee onboarding, equipment deployment, technology refreshes, and IT asset management.
- Help set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing technology and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely issue resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and accurate inventory records.
- Follow established change management, security, and service procedures.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware.
- Background supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Greensburg and travel locally when needed.
