Cloud DevOps Engineer

Project overview

Context

The beneficiary wishes for an accompanying service within the framework of making applications/APIs available via an internal program and managing the stability of technical environments (Production / Non-Production) in product mode.

Automation via toolchains and Digital AI tools are expected, as well as end-to-end supervision of the application park via Dynatrace, in addition to application/technical evolutions to be managed within a Cloud product team.

Missions

OPS Engineering

• Participation in team rituals
• Preparation of projects (preparation & architecture design), guiding choices according to the catalog
• Technical relay point between the IT department and Production
• Contribution to the provision of infrastructure resources
• Facilitation of deployments
• Contribution to maintaining operational conditions
• Adherence to and training on Group best practices for deployments and deliveries
• Participation in the application lifecycle by being proactive in resolving incidents or problems
• Entry point for Toolchain technologies within the group
• Contribution to cross-functional projects (automations, DevOps organizational models...)
• Conducting feedback sessions, presenting them, and inspiring the team
• Engaging in a continuous improvement and proposal process
• Participation in meetings and proposing the schedule with architecture (architecture documents)
• Facilitator and guide on good architectures
• Performing common technical tasks for application implementation, incidents, evolutions, and projects
• Advanced knowledge of DBA (ExaCC, Oracle, Exadata, PostgreSQL...) for performing actions
• Advice or expertise on IT production best practices
• Support on various products constituting IT production (databases, file transfers, schedulers, ticketing tools, System and WAS administration, etc.)
• Scripting support (shell, python...)
• Participation in the product team with knowledge of the suite of products Terraform, Openshift, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Helm, Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, Docker...
• L3 Support and expertise in analysis and investigation
• Writing procedures and documentation for the team
• Support & reporting
• Participation in architecture realization as guarantor
• Maintenance and evolution of the application in Dynatrace and Digital AI
• Coordination of actions autonomously directly with the Product Owners and Product Owners
• Travel to Nanterre and Paris
• Regular mobilization for out-of-hours work and on-call duties
• Fluent English required, work with India and procedures to be made available to them
