CloudOps GCP Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for a GCP CloudOps Engineer focused on Build & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to design, deploy, and evolve a secure, industrialized, and automated GCP Landing Zone in the energy sector.

Experienced, autonomous, and rigorous GCP CloudOps / DevOps Engineer with proven expertise in building Cloud infrastructures and IaC automation. Ability to challenge technical choices, document achievements, and intervene in critical environments.

• Design, deploy, and maintain GCP infrastructures and Terraform modules.
• Automate deployments via Python, GitLab CI/CD, and integration and non-regression tests.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and operability of Cloud environments.
• Provide L3 support, technical documentation, and incident tracking.
• Optimize infrastructures and Cloud costs (FinOps).
• Terraform / IaC: advanced expertise, reusable modules, and best practices.
• GCP: mastery of Landing Zones, IAM, VPC, networking, security, and monitoring.
• Python, GitLab CI/CD, Bash, and test automation.
• Knowledge of GCP services: Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Monitoring.
• Mandatory certifications: Google Associate Cloud Engineer and Terraform Professional.
• Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification appreciated.
