Job description
The Cluster Lead Generic IT will manage the 18-month roadmap for Generic IT, aligning priorities across various teams and ensuring strategic objectives are met. This role involves representing the cluster in portfolio discussions, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with critical infrastructure and NIS2 requirements.
Project overview
- Update and manage the 18-month roadmap for Generic IT based on contracts, legacy, risks, and capacity.
- Determine priorities and make visible tasks that are not being addressed.
- Monitor the alignment between the roadmap, quarterly planning, and PI planning.
- Represent the cluster in portfolio discussions and contribute to organization-wide prioritization.
- Align the priorities of the Product Owners within the CCoE & Infrastructure, Security, Network, Service Desk, and Service & Delivery Management teams.
- Create coherence between initiatives, dependencies, and strategic objectives.
- Make decisions on complex technical issues.
- Identify contract renewals and risks that impact the roadmap.
- Prepare business cases, budget requests, and monitor budget expenditure.
- Ensure compliance requirements for critical infrastructure and NIS2 are met.
