We are looking for a CNC Turner for our client in Mönchengladbach, starting immediately for a 2-week period with the option to extend. The role is 100% on-site.
Project overview
For our client in Mönchengladbach, we are looking for a CNC Turner (m/f/d) starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Setup, tooling & operation of CNC lathes
- Programming, optimization & adjustment of CNC programs (Heidenhain or Siemens)
- Production of individual parts as well as small and medium series according to technical drawings
- Monitoring and optimization of production processes
- Performing quality and dimensional checks with common measuring tools
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of disruptions in the production process
- Maintenance and care of the machines
Requirements
- Sound experience in CNC turning
- Good knowledge in programming & operation of Heidenhain or Siemens controls
- Crane license up to 6.3t
