ELEKTROMATEN stands for millions of times proven, reliable drives, made in Germany. At our headquarters in Dusseldorf, we develop, produce, and distribute drives and controls with 260 employees. For over 70 years, we have been a medium-sized family company and a leading provider of industrial door drives.

• You will be responsible for the series production of die-cast aluminum housings on 3- and 5-axis machining centers
• Machining, setting up, and manufacturing series orders in shift operation are part of your tasks
• You will independently carry out corrections in the event of process deviations
• Independent quality checks and dimensional controls according to specifications are also part of your area of responsibility
• You will work safely according to technical drawings, work instructions, and inspection specifications
• Carrying out and documenting shift handovers is another component of your area of responsibility
• You will monitor the manufacturing process and ensure a smooth production flow
• You will contribute to production readiness, e.g., by refilling coolant, chip disposal, and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace
• Completed vocational training
• preferably as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Experience in metal processing and CNC machining
• Experience in operating and setting up CNC milling machines or machining centers
• Confident handling of hand measuring tools and technical drawings
• Understanding of CNC programming for process corrections
• Knowledge of Mazak Smooth and Siemens 840D is an advantage
• Careful, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Teamwork skills and willingness to work in shifts

• 30 days of vacation for a 38-hour week
