We re currently looking for a CNC Punch Nights Operator to join a well-established manufacturer in Sudbury, known for its commitment to its staff and quality work.
Hands-on training is provided, so we re looking for someone reliable, hard working, and keen to learn how to run CNC punch machinery.
CNC Punch Nights Operator duties:
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Training: Monday-Thursday, 06:30-17:00 (days, initial training period)
- Shifts: Sunday-Wednesday, 20:30-07:00 (nights)
- Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour, and then £15.25
- £16.20, once on shifts
- Contract: Ongoing
- Operating CNC punch machinery to produce metal components
- Handling metal sheets and components safely
- Carrying out quality checks to make sure parts meet required standards
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
