CNC Machining Mechanic

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machining Mechanic for our location in Jena, Thuringia. You will work on-site and are responsible for the precise manufacturing of metal precision parts according to technical drawings.

Your tasks include setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines, as well as machining workpieces by turning, milling, and grinding. You will continuously monitor and optimize production processes and perform quality control with common measuring and testing equipment. Ensuring dimensional accuracy and documenting test results are also part of your responsibilities, as is the maintenance and care of machines and tools.

For this position, you have completed vocational training as a machining mechanic or a comparable qualification. You have practical experience in handling CNC-controlled machines and are proficient with measuring and testing equipment. Technical understanding and the ability to read technical drawings are essential. Very good German language skills are required.
