💰 70–100 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)
We are looking for an experienced Cognos and Power BI expert for a project in the energy sector. We particularly value individuals who understand the realities of the energy sector and have worked as analysts or senior system consultants.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cognos / Power BI Expert / Developer
- Cognos: at least 5 years of experience
- Power BI: at least 2 years of experience
Nice to have

- Experience as an Analyst or Senior System Consultant, including project implementation in various branches of the energy sector
- Basic knowledge of electricity trading and distribution in the energy sector
- Experience in large projects with a complex matrix structure
- Experience in implementation support, especially working with instructions, training materials, and requirements
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques: BPMN, UML, process modeling, requirements gathering and analysis
- Ability to discuss with both business (client) and vendor, knowledge of techniques for valuing and prioritizing business requirements
- Ability for analytical and critical thinking and drawing logical conclusions to solve complex business problems
- Effective communication, work organization, and problem-solving at the interface of Contractor, Client, and Business
- High organizational and time management skills
