Shaping the future together with the City of Regensburg! We regularly seek committed employees in the commercial and skilled trades sector.

Our employees with a commercial or skilled trades professional background are responsible for, for example, the maintenance of public green spaces, playgrounds, and sports facilities, for the ongoing operation and upkeep of our municipal buildings (e.g., schools or daycare centers), undertake maintenance and cleaning work on roads, or perform caretaker duties.

In which areas is an application possible?

• Electricians/Electrical Installation Technicians (m/f/d)

Requirements

Completed training in the electrical field, possibly driver's license class B/CE

Completed training in a skilled trade relevant to caretaker duties, e.g., as an electrician, heating and ventilation engineer, or gas and water installer

Desirable would be a skilled trade qualification, training as a professional driver (m/f/d), or several years of professional experience in the skilled trades or as a driver (m/f/d), as well as driver's license class CE/C1E or depending on the position

A completed apprenticeship is desirable

A completed apprenticeship is desirable, driver's license class B

Skilled trade experience and skills, driver's license class C1E, and accessibility to the service location from home within 20 minutes (on-call duty)

A completed apprenticeship is desirable, driver's license class 3/B, and accessibility to the service location from home within 20 minutes (on-call duty)

Skilled trade training as a road builder (m/f/d), road attendant (m/f/d), mason (m/f/d), stonemason (m/f/d), tile setter (m/f/d), concrete builder (m/f/d), or comparable training in the construction trades (preferably civil engineering), driver's license class C1E, and accessibility to the service location from home within 20 minutes (on-call duty) is desirable

Skilled trade training or skilled trade experience and skills (depending on the position), driver's license class C1E, CE, BE (depending on the position), and accessibility to the service location from home within 20 minutes (on-call duty) is desirable

Completed training as a gardener (m/f/d) in the fields of garden and landscape construction, ornamental plant cultivation, or nursery, driver's license class B

Professional experience, preferably in the area of green space maintenance or care of green areas, driver's license class B
