For our client, we are looking for a commercial property manager (m/f/d) Project No. 5341 as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support and management of commercial properties
• Preparation of ancillary cost statements and processing of objections
• Contact person for tenants and service providers as well as management of ongoing communication
• Checking and approving invoices as well as coordinating and tracking technical defects
• Contract management, preparation of reports and implementation of rent increases
