Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum
- Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.
- Providing sound legal advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders professionally.
