Communication Advisor (Interim)

Project overview

The assignment concerns the setup and execution of communication around the National Innovation Hub for Subversion (NIO).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and execute a communication plan for the NIO
• Compile a basic package of communication tools such as a factsheet, core messages, and Q&A
• Set up and manage the NIO's LinkedIn page
• Draft and publish news items, articles, and practical examples
• Maintain contact with communication specialists from the involved ministries and collaboration partners
• Position the NIO towards relevant stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience with communication on subversive crime or similar security issues
• Demonstrable experience in independently drafting and publishing press releases, news articles, and other external communication expressions
• Experience in stakeholder communication within complex collaborations between public organizations
• At least 5 years of work experience as a communication advisor in the public sector
• Work and thinking level at HBO (higher professional education) level, with a completed Communication degree or equivalent
