Competencies:

• Knowledge of PGB and services provided by care offices
• Knowledge of the role and responsibilities of a care office in the execution of the Wlz (Long-Term Care Act)
• Experience with digital customer environments/portals within healthcare, government, financial services, or another highly regulated environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a communication advisor in a large or complex organization
• Demonstrable experience with complex implementation or change projects
• Demonstrable experience with digital services, customer portals, or similar digital customer environments
• Experience with independently developing and executing communication plans
• Experience with writing/editing for different target groups and channels
• Experience with collaboration in multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience in an environment with multiple organizations/stakeholders and shared interests
• Experience with independently advising project management, management, and subject matter experts
• Preferably demonstrable experience in long-term care, health insurance, care offices, Wlz, or PGB.

Background:

VGZ Zorgkantoor is collaborating with other care offices on Mijn Zorgkantoor, a new digital environment that allows clients and/or their representatives to manage personal budget matters digitally. Within Long-Term Care, further digitalization, including the PGB Mijn Omgeving, is explicitly part of the care office's development direction. The communication task surrounding this development has proven to be more extensive than initially anticipated. A go-live in Q1 is not feasible without additional capacity to achieve this responsibly.

Description:

The external communication advisor will contribute to a careful, customer-oriented, and communicatively high-quality implementation of Mijn Zorgkantoor, ensuring that clients and their loved ones are supported in an understandable, accessible, and consistent manner when using the new digital environment.

The communication task has three explicit intended results: a user-friendly digital environment, understandable and accessible communication, and a consistent customer experience in the chain.

The professional will work independently but will coordinate with internal communication advisors where necessary on: A. Communication within the digital environment B. Communication regarding implementation and go-live C. Chain and stakeholder coordination. Important delimitation: the external communication advisor is not responsible for functional choices, process design, legal/substantive decision-making, or complete UX designs and UX tests.

Specific Knowledge:

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Relevant education in communication/corporate communication
• Professional knowledge of communication policy, communication tools, and internal and external communication
• Knowledge of communication directed at clients and/or client representatives in a complex care context
• Knowledge of understandable communication, including writing at B1 level
• Knowledge of digital communication and digital accessibility
• Knowledge of customer journeys and digital service provision
• Knowledge of stakeholder communication and communication within collaborations
