Communication Advisor Long-Term Care

Project overview

Support the implementation of Mijn Zorgkantoor with understandable and consistent communication towards clients.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably a degree in (corporate) communication

3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a communication advisor within a large or complex organization

Proven experience in complex implementation or change projects

Practical experience with digital services, customer portals, or similar digital customer environments

Experience in independently preparing and executing communication plans

Experience with collaboration in multidisciplinary project teams and with multiple stakeholders

Knowledge of understandable and digital communication, customer journeys, and digital accessibility

Experience within long-term care, health insurance, care offices, Wlz, or PGB is recommended

• Provide communication within the new digital environment
• Prepare and execute communication plans around implementation and go-live
• Coordinate with internal communication advisors on chain and stakeholder communication
• Write and edit content for various target groups and channels at B1 level
• Provide advice to project leadership, management, and subject matter experts
