Project overview

The assignment focuses on strengthening information security, risk management, and compliance within the HPAAS platform.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Developing and updating security policies and governance frameworks for HPAAS
• Performing risk analyses and further developing the GRC tool according to the Three Lines Model
• Conducting independent reviews, guiding ISO 27001 audits, and advising on SOC 2 Type II
• Advising on Zero Trust architecture and developing a PQC vision based on SBOM information
• Analyzing incidents and guiding training sessions and workshops
• Advising on process improvements and control measures
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences
• Completed Post-Bachelor's specialization in coaching and behavioral analysis
• Education or background in communication science or ethics is recommended
• Certifications CISSP and a cryptography certificate at academic or post-bachelor level
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in a highly classified security domain
• Experience with ISO-certified organizations and standards such as ISO 27001, 27002, 27005, BIO/BIO+ and NIST2
• Experience with risk models such as PESTEL, PASTA and BIA and security tools such as Splunk, Swimlane and Cribl
• Politically sensitive, flexible, skilled in writing, and analytical
