- Possesses current knowledge of laws and regulations regarding undesirable behavior, integrity, and psychosocial workload
- Has at least 2 years of demonstrable experience as an external confidential advisor
- Can operate independently and has no other interests within or with Carins
- Possesses excellent communication, advisory, and reporting skills
- Can conduct conversations both physically and digitally
- Certified and registered according to current professional standards
- Has affinity with or experience in the social domain, welfare work, care, or social services
- Has work experience in the social domain
