- Construction supervision and coordination of Cost Group 450
- Quality assurance and technical support for safety, communication, and IT infrastructures
- Coordination of executing installation companies and monitoring of quality, deadlines, and construction progress
- Coordination with clients, experts, authorities, and subcontractors
- Review of measurement, testing, and commissioning protocols, and ensuring project documentation
- Solid experience as a construction manager in the field of KG450
- Profound knowledge of safety, communication, and information technology
- Experience in the construction supervision of complex new construction projects
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN VDE 0833, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, and VOB
- Ideally, experience with PlanRadar or comparable construction site management tools
