Seeking a highly qualified Construction Cost Estimator for a major infrastructure and renovation project near Munich. The role involves independent verification and creation of measurements, interim and final invoices in civil and structural engineering according to VOB/B.
Project overview
For a demanding major infrastructure and renovation project in the Munich area, we are looking for a highly qualified Construction Cost Estimator (m/f/d) as soon as possible. In this key position, you will independently verify and create measurements, interim and final invoices in civil and structural engineering according to VOB/B, as well as consistently maintain billing and construction files in iTWO and company-specific document management systems.
Responsibilities
Independent verification and creation of measurements, interim and final invoices in civil and structural engineering according to VOB/B. Preparation of the current billing status as well as creation of transparent target-actual comparisons and commercial-technical balances. Systematic verification, plausibility checks, and processing of additional cost notifications and subsequent claims in close cooperation with site management. Digital administration and consistent maintenance of billing and construction files in iTWO and company-specific document management systems (e.g., Docsys).
Interface coordination between site management, commercial project controlling, and external project participants.
Requirements
Several years of demonstrable professional experience in classic construction cost estimation in civil engineering, structural engineering, or railway/track construction. Relevant references in the context of major projects of Deutsche Bahn AG or municipal public transport companies (subway/urban rail). Sound user knowledge in iTWO (RIB) as well as proficient handling of common IT construction cost estimation and documentation systems. Deep knowledge of VOB/B, VOB/C, and relevant billing standards.
Strong hands-on mentality, high resilience in processing billing backlogs, and a structured, self-reliant way of working. Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Primarily Remote (onboarding and occasional coordination on-site in Munich).
