Job description
We are looking for a Construction Drafter with experience in district heating and civil engineering to create and edit plans and documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Creation and editing of site plans, route plans, and execution and as-built documentation in the field of district heating
- Graphical implementation of civil engineering and pipeline construction measures for district heating networks
- Modeling and editing of route alignments and terrain data in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Creation of cross and longitudinal sections for pipeline and civil engineering projects
- Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of planning documents
- Support of specialist planning in design, approval, and execution planning
- Coordination of drawing statuses and documentation of project-related changes
- Creation of as-built documentation and revision documents
- Coordination with specialist planners, construction managers, and project participants
- Participation in the technical preparation of tender and award documents
Requirements
- Completed training as a construction drafter, technical drafter, or comparable qualification
- Experience in planning district heating, utility, or civil engineering projects
- Confident use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge in pipeline, sewer, road, or infrastructure civil engineering
- Understanding of planning and execution processes within infrastructure projects
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident use of digital project and documentation processes
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
