Scope of Services
- Implementation of projects in the field of fire alarm systems, public address systems, and gas detection
- Performing construction site management tasks such as Lean meetings, permits, and subcontractor management
- Monitoring the quality of external services in relation to schedule, costs, and service processes
- Coordination and technical leadership of technicians on-site
- Creation and management of project documentation, including early warnings, snag lists, and construction progress reports
