Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Independent construction management of MEP projects
• Coordination and supervision of companies and subcontractors
• Ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards
• Coordination with clients, planners, and authorities
• Control, documentation, and acceptance of construction services
• Participation in modern heat pump and energy systems
• Connection of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK) and electrical engineering
• Master craftsman, technician qualification, or comparable qualification in the field of MEP
• Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in the MEP environment
• Knowledge of relevant standards and VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen
• German Construction Contract Procedures)
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Technical understanding, teamwork skills, and proficient MS Office skills; Label software knowledge an advantage
