• Working hours: 32–40 hours
• Location: Lingen
• Steering and coordination of on-site work in plant decommissioning
• Management and coordination of own personnel as well as partner and assembly companies
• Coordination and supervision of assembly and disassembly work
• Coordination with adjacent specialist departments and relevant interfaces
• Support with work preparation as well as creation and implementation of disassembly/assembly concepts
• Monitoring of work and plant safety as well as deadlines, work progress, and coordination of external companies
• Completed technical training with further education as a master craftsman or technician, ideally in metal, mechanical, or plant engineering
• Several years of experience as a construction manager, assembly manager, site manager, construction site manager, or assembly coordinator (m/f/d)
• Experience in industrial plant, plant, or power plant construction or in comparable large technical plants
• Practical experience in coordinating assembly/disassembly work as well as in managing personnel and external companies
• Good knowledge of occupational safety and accident prevention as well as current safety checks
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work in a controlled area including required occupational medical examinations; nuclear experience is an advantage
