+ Operative construction management of the shell construction on-site for a residential building including underground garage
+ Digital processing of construction site processes as well as IT-based documentation
+ Seamless continuation of construction management for the subsequent building construction and facade phase
Requirements
+ At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction manager in shell construction
+ Relevant project experience as a construction manager for the GOLDBECK group of companies
+ Relevant project experience in the construction of apartment buildings (approx. 80 apartments & > 10 million construction volume)
+ Proficient, confident handling of IT tools
