Project overview

For our customer, we are looking for a Construction Manager for district heating pipeline construction (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Construction supervision and quality assurance in district heating pipeline construction
• Coordination of subcontractors and monitoring of deadlines and costs
• Review of measurements, invoices, and change orders, including site documentation
• Coordination of house connections and solution of technical problems on-site
• Conducting site meetings and coordination with the project team

• Several years of experience in district heating pipeline construction and construction supervision
• Sound AGFW knowledge and experience with plastic-jacketed pipe systems
• Knowledge of pipe statics, thermal expansion, and civil engineering
• Experience with welds and utility crossings is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, independent work style, and very good German language skills
• PlanRadar knowledge is an advantage
