Seeking a Construction Manager with several years of experience in turnkey construction, ideally with large general contractors, to oversee the interior finishing of a residential park complex. The role involves coordinating trades, monitoring progress, managing subcontractors, and handling documentation.
Project overview
- Construction management and coordination of the trades drywall, screed, and painting work
- Monitoring of deadlines, quality, and construction progress
- Coordination of subcontractors and construction site personnel
- Quantity surveying and invoice verification
- Defect management and follow-up
- Participation in construction meetings
- Documentation through maintaining the construction log
