Requirements

Completed technical training or further education in HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in construction management, site coordination, or technical project execution

Experience in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings

Sound knowledge of workflows and execution techniques in HVAC and building technology

Ability to communicate at an equal level with technicians and executing trades

Experience in monitoring and quality control of construction work

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate closely with the project manager
