• Supervision and coordination of cable pulling work in the field of high voltage and HVDC
• Monitoring the assembly, positioning, and implementation of cable pulling and cable guiding work on power transmission routes
• Coordination and supervision of work on the construction site in the area of cable pulling and cable installation
• Monitoring compliance with technical specifications and execution standards for cable pulling and assembly work
• Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of cable pulling work
• Coordination and management of subcontractors and other involved trades
• Coordination and alignment of work on the construction site with site management, project management, clients, and other project participants
• Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and safety requirements
• Support in technical documentation and tracking of construction progress in the CM tool
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of cable pulling, cable assembly, or construction site supervision
• Sound practical experience in carrying out or supervising cable pulling work
• Experience in the environment of high-voltage or HVDC cable projects is an advantage
• Experience with construction sites and assembly work in the area of power transmission routes or high-voltage infrastructure
• Experience in supervising and coordinating subcontractors and various trades on the construction site
• Confident and professional demeanor towards clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Assertiveness and confident presence on the construction site
• Hands-on mentality as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Driver's license and willingness to travel
• Good German and English skills
