• Task: Operational construction management in interior finishing (drywall, screed, flooring, painting, ceilings, doors, finishing trades)
• Coordination and management of subcontractors and trades on the construction site
• Creation and monitoring of the construction schedule, ensuring deadlines
• Daily site walks, quality control of execution and construction progress
• Quantity surveying, performance comparison, and support with invoicing
• Monitoring of occupational safety and order on the construction site
• Documentation (site diary, defect management, acceptance preparation)
• Close coordination with project management, planners, and clients
• Profile: Completed vocational training in the construction industry (e.g., bricklayer, drywall installer, carpenter) with further training as a foreman, master craftsman, or technician, alternatively a degree in civil engineering or architecture
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager or foreman in interior finishing, ideally on large-scale or commercial projects
• Sound knowledge of VOB, standards, and processes in finishing trades
• Practical experience in dealing with subcontractors and crews
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of construction software (e.g., PlanRadar, MS Project) is an advantage
• Must-Have Criteria: Clear doer type: You get involved, make quick decisions, and have the construction site under control
• Assertive and communicative, with authority over the trades
• Solution-oriented, resilient, and reliable, even under deadline pressure
• Hands-on mentality with presence on site rather than in the office
