Job description
We are seeking a Construction Manager for large bridge and civil engineering projects. The role involves planning, controlling, and managing construction processes, personnel, and client relations.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Execution of construction projects in large bridge and civil engineering
- Consideration of economic and technical objectives
- Planning, control, and management of the construction process and site results
- Staff deployment planning and leadership
- Negotiations and coordination with clients and engineering firms
- Design and negotiation of change orders
- Scheduling of materials and equipment
- Responsibility for control and compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in construction management
- Confident use of MS Office and knowledge of billing and calculation software (e.g., RIBiTWO / ARRIBA) are advantageous
- Independent and results-oriented way of working
- Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and communication skills, as well as respectful manners
- Willingness to travel
