For a long-term infrastructure project (12 months) in the Ulm area, we are looking for an experienced freelance construction manager (m/f/d) with a focus on civil engineering, cable line construction (electricity mandatory), and house connections, starting as soon as possible.
Description
- Independent construction management in the areas of civil engineering, cable line construction, and house connections
- Management and coordination of civil engineering crews and subcontractors
- Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and costs on the construction site
- Coordination with clients, authorities, and other project stakeholders
- Control of work safety and compliance with all technical specifications
- Documentation of construction progress and execution of acceptances
- Ensuring proper execution according to applicable guidelines
