Construction Manager (m/f) - Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Technology

Project overview

For our location, we are looking for a strong and experienced Construction Manager (m/f) in the field of air conditioning/ventilation and refrigeration technology as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Independent execution, monitoring, and control of construction sites in the field of air conditioning and ventilation technology on-site. Coordination and management of external assembly personnel as well as control of subcontractors as HOAI construction manager. Ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality execution in accordance with VOB. Central point of contact for clients, architects, and internal departments. Creation of measurements, billing documents, and preparation of project acceptance.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in building services engineering / technical building equipment (TGA) or further training as a technician/master (m/f) in refrigeration, air conditioning, or heating technology. Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management of TGA projects (focus on air conditioning/ventilation). Sound knowledge of construction and contract law (VOB/B) as well as relevant DIN standards. Organizational talent, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented work style. Driving license class B and willingness to travel for regional projects.
