Responsible for coordinating piping construction activities on site, managing and leading subcontractors, and ensuring quality and timely execution.

Profile

Responsible coordination of piping construction activities on the construction site
Control and management of executing pipeline construction companies and subcontractors
Monitoring of daily assembly progress and coordination of priorities
Verification of execution based on P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and planning documents
Coordination of technical and spatial interfaces with adjacent trades
Identification and elimination of hindrances in the assembly process
Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and contractually compliant execution
Coordination and consistent follow-up of punch points and remaining work
Support with Mechanical Completion, system handovers, and completion work
Documentation and coordination of changes, deviations, extra work, and site instructions
Relevant experience in industrial pipeline and plant construction
Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, Supervisor Piping, or in a comparable role
Very good knowledge of pipeline assembly, P&IDs, and isometrics
Experience in managing and coordinating assembly companies
Experience with Mechanical Completion, Punch Management, and System Handovers
Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process plant construction desirable
High site presence as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
Assertiveness and ability to efficiently coordinate multiple executing parties and interfaces
