• Working hours: 32–40 hours
• Location: Essen
• Steering and monitoring construction execution (Cost Group 300)
• Coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Schedule, cost, and quality control
• Conducting construction meetings and documentation
• Acceptance, defect management, and follow-up
• Ensuring turnkey handover
• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Several years of experience in construction management in residential construction
• Sound knowledge in Cost Group 300 and turnkey construction
• Confident handling of relevant standards/VOB
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
