• Responsibility for ongoing budget planning, cost control, and cost forecasting
• within a complex civil engineering project.
• Early identification of project risks, assessment of their impact, and development of suitable countermeasures
• Monitoring compliance with project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and scope of services, and regular reporting to project management
• Coordination of cooperation with internal and external project participants and
• Representation of the client's interests on the construction site
• Analysis of deviations, preparation of decision-making bases for project management, and support in the implementation of
• optimization measures
• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field; alternatively, a degree as a state-certified technician in construction
• Several years of professional experience in construction or project management, ideally in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Confident and assertive demeanor, as well as the ability to bring about viable decisions even in demanding project situations
• You are communicative, work in a structured manner, and know how to professionally coordinate and moderate different interests
• Willingness to travel in the Leipzig area by car
• Start of performance: October 2026 to the end of 2027
• Scope of performance: 1 FTE (40 hrs./week)
• Place of performance: Leipzig (80%), Remote (20%)
