Responsibilities

• Management and coordination of subcontractors for roof and facade work
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and proper execution
• Technical support for roof, facade, and waterproofing work
• Change order management and invoicing according to VOB
• Participation in site meetings and coordination with project stakeholders

• Sound knowledge in flat roof construction and roof waterproofing
• Experience with waterproof connections, facade penetrations, and sound and thermal insulation
• Confident handling of VOB and change order management
• BIM/Dalux knowledge is an advantage
