Job description
The role involves managing and coordinating subcontractors and construction progress, creating and updating schedules, and overseeing material flow and documentation for ventilation and MEP systems.
Project overview
+ Control, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and assembly progress
+ Creation of schedule and detailed schedule plans and their updating
+ Coordination and alignment with trade managers on the construction site
+ Organization and coordination of material flow
+ Documentation and evaluation of extra-contractual services such as additional, extra, and change orders
+ Reporting of delays and disruptions in the construction process
+ Execution and documentation of regular internal construction meetings and inspections
+ Participation in external construction meetings
+ Management of all internal and external construction site correspondence
+ Creation and checking of measurements
Requirements
+ Several years of experience in the technical field / plant construction / MEP
