We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead / right-hand person to Project Management in the HLSK sector for an exciting renovation project in Frankfurt am Main. The project has a duration until the end of 2027 and offers you the opportunity to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and coordination of construction management in the HLSK/TGA (Technical Building Equipment) environment
• Support of senior project management
• Integration into an existing project team
• Taking on a team leadership role for other construction managers
• Overview of all relevant trades in the HLSK family

Requirements

• Experience in construction management or project management in the HLSK/TGA environment
• Experience in large renovation projects is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and confident demeanor on the construction site
• Experience on the General Contractor side
• Degree as an engineer, technician, or master craftsman
• Ideally up to max. 50-55 years old
• Short availability desirable
